Warriors' L.J. Cryer: Dishes out four assists in SL win
Cryer (undisclosed) posted five points (2-6 FG, 1-4 3Pt), four assists, one rebound and one steal across 17 minutes in Tuesday's 96-84 Summer League win over the Grizzlies.
Cryer returned to game action after missing the team's first two Las Vegas Summer League outings due to undisclosed reasons. The 23-year-old point guard had a quiet night in the scoring column but tied the team-high mark in assists. Cryer spent the final two seasons of his collegiate career at Houston, averaging 15.7 points, 2.4 assists and 2.0 rebounds while shooting 42.4 percent from downtown in 32.7 minutes per game over 40 outings in 2024-25.

Warriors' L.J. Cryer: Inactive Friday
Cryer won't play in Friday's Summer League game against the Trail Blazers for undisclosed reasons, Dalton Johnson of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Cryer participated in the California Classic last week but will be unavailable for the Warriors' first game in Las Vegas for unknown reasons. Cryer averaged 10.7 points per game during the California Classic. His next chance to play will come Sunday against the Jazz.

Warriors' L.J. Cryer: Leads team in scoring in SL
Cryer recorded 19 points (6-8 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two assists, one rebound and one steal in 23 minutes during Sunday's 90-88 Summer League loss to the Spurs.
Cryer scored eight points on just three attempts from the field in his Summer League debut and continued his strong play in a larger role Sunday, knocking down five threes en route to a team-high 19 points. Cryer, who is on an Exhibit 10 deal, figures to spend most of his time in the G League during the upcoming season as he finds his footing at the next level.

Cryer is signing an Exhibit 10 contract with the Warriors, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.
Cryer nearly led the Houston Cougars to a championship during his final season of college hoops, averaging 15.7 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists over 40 appearances. He appears headed for the G League as he focuses on transitioning his game to the next level.
