Heiligh was waived by the Bengals on Monday.
Heiligh was one of two wide receivers let go from Cincinnati's 90-man offseason roster Monday, shrinking this position group to nine players heading into the team's preseason finale Saturday. The undrafted product from Coastal Carolina will now pass through waivers before becoming a free agent, should no team opt to claim him.
